Welcome to Smile Station Dental Clinic. By booking an appointment and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Appointments and Cancellations
- Punctuality: We kindly request that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or rescheduling.
- Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Repeated missed appointments without notice may incur a cancellation fee or require a deposit for future bookings.
- Emergencies: We prioritize severe dental emergencies. While we strive to see every patient on time, emergency cases may occasionally cause slight delays in our schedule. We appreciate your patience.
2. Treatment Plans and Estimates
- Before beginning any major dental work, our dentists will provide a comprehensive treatment plan along with an estimated cost.
- Please note that treatment plans can change during the course of the procedure if unforeseen dental issues are discovered. We will always inform you of any changes to the plan or cost before proceeding.
3. Payments and Billing
- Payment is due at the time of service unless a prior financial arrangement has been made.
- We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and mobile wallet payments (e.g., eSewa, Khalti).
- For treatments requiring multiple visits (like crowns, bridges, or implants), a partial deposit may be required before the first session.
